The beverage dispenser was refurbished. A damaged plastic component was repaired and reinforced with a metal support. Additionally, the bowl lock support was repaired and strengthened using a metal reinforcement.
The unit is new and had not been previously used. It was shipped in its original packaging, complete with all required components, including the bowl, gaskets, drip tray, faucet, covers, and all necessary parts for proper operation.
